When you hear the words “Digital Transformation” what comes to mind? The truth is that DX (Digital Transformation) Practitioners and Business Owners never have an agreed upon definition. This leads to a lot of confusion of what to expect when undergoing a transformation of this type. Not having a clear definition of DX leads to difficulty of understanding its value and need.
My current definition is: The realignment of people, processes, and technologies to be leveraged in a digital environment.
